Amisco furniture warranty

Most of the furniture we sell is made by Amisco in Canada. It comes with Amisco's limited warranty for residential use. This is a summary; Amisco's full terms are on amisco.com/en_us/warranty and apply to every claim.

What is covered

• 10 years: welding, metal frame and structure, mechanisms, and swivel plates.
• 1 year: upholstered parts, wood parts, glass, Danish cord and sea grass.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. Amisco decides whether to repair or replace the defective part at no charge.

What is not covered

• Commercial use or short-term rental use.
• Normal wear on glides, paint, lacquer and upholstery.
• Damage from temperature, humidity or sunlight.
• Misuse, neglect, poor assembly or care, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or repackaging for shipping.

How to make a claim

• Missing or damaged parts: contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Warranty claims: email info@barstoolsetc.com with your original invoice and photos or video of each issue. We will work with Amisco on your claim.
• Please do not return any item until Amisco gives written authorization and shipping instructions.
